Introduction.
The BEiS Grant is administered by STB (Singapore Tourism Board) to attract international business events (conventions, exhibitions, trade conferences) that position Singapore as a global MICE hub. Events will be evaluated based on their content, brand, and delegate profile, including foreign visitors.
Eligible companies may receive partial funding for qualifying costs such as third-party services, content development, marketing, and bidding.
Support is awarded based on project scope, merit, and a competitive evaluation.
The project scope will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Event Programme
- Event Content and Brand
- Size of Event
- Duration of Event
- Attendees’ Profiles (including number of foreign visitorship)
- Sustainability initiatives for the event

To be eligible, costs must be:
- Incurred
- Invoiced to
- Paid by the grantee within the qualifying period.

- Prepare an executive summary (project objectives, description, schedule, and costs) using the provided template.

- An SECB officer will review and advise on your project’s eligibility.
- If eligible, submit a full application through the Business Grants Portal.
Estimated processing time
Processing takes up to 90 days from receipt of your completed, signed application and any supporting documents.
Grant Disbursement.
Grants are reimbursed after verifying qualifying costs and meeting project deliverables.
Grantees must submit an Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) Report and supporting documents, unless stated otherwise.
